"Uma mudança de atitude podia ter melhorado a estadia"
Funcionário do pequeno almoço muito simpático! Muito prestável Apesar do pequeno almoço ser normalíssimo, o rapaz conseguiu que o pequeno almoço fosse ainda mais agradável
Da extrema" simpatia" do senhor da recepção! Nunca tinha assistido na hotelaria a uma pessoa tão antipática... Quase meia noite e musica muito alta vinda do Pub e que pelo funcionário, o problema ate era meu que nem estava muito alta! "Esse quarto é das traseiras, nem se ouve" ! Se não se ouvisse, não tinha ido a recepção falar da musica. A minha esposa com uma criança de 4anos esteve quase uma hora para ser servido o jantar! E esse mesmo funcionário, porque neste hotel os funcionários são "polivalentes" demonstrou uma vez mais a sua" simpatia"!

Atendimento super atencioso. Decoração super rústica. Ambiente muito agradável e sossegado.
Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade. Televisão do quarto extremamente pequena, e poucos canais portugueses. Número muito reduzido de funcionários. Porta dos quartos ainda a chave.

"4 estrelas não é...."
O espaço em geral é bom,ouve coisas que que para um 4 estrelas falhou.. Adorei a cadela que eles tinham ficou minha amiga..O pequeno almoço é top,os funcionários são top,só uma que não gostei não dizia bom dia..O restaurante é bom..
Em primeiro lugar atribuíam um quarto p não fumador,ao que eu tinha pedido p fumadores,fui reclamar ao que diz que não havia problema podia fumar lá dentro, com os meus filhos no quarto e uma janela com grades é claro que tinha que vir fumar na rua. Não gostei da limpeza, basicamente só tiravam os lixos,se eu fizesse a cama era assim k ficava, varrer o chão tá quieto,sou perfeccionista ok,mas é um quarto de hotel a limpeza é diária tive lá 4 noites e nem os lençóis mudaram uma vez... Não gostei de chegar á piscina na hora de abrir e estar toda suja e no último dia queria aproveitar a piscina mas tava suja e a água a meio ou seja não fui á piscina..,Em Geral foi bom,mas 4 estrelas só se for o restaurante..
